Who are the formulators behind Linder Health?
Linder Health products are formulated by industry leaders, Jennifer Linder, MD, FAAD, a board certified dermatologist, and Ivana Veljkovic, a P.H.D organic chemist, both with decades of experience in the research and development of cutting-edge, scientifically sound skin health products.
Dr. Linder is a board-certified dermatologist, a trained Mohs skin cancer surgeon, a chemist, and a bio-engineer. She has over 20 years experience in applied dermatology and aesthetics practices, research & development, and clinical trials.
Dr. Veljkovic is an organic chemist and an industry leader in research and product development. With over 15 years experience in the skin health space, she is credited with developing over 100 professional skincare products.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking the account icon in the upper right hand corner of the website. There, you will enter your email address and a code will be emailed to you so you can login.
You also have the option to create an account when you are placing an order.
How do I login to my Linder Health account?
We utilize a passwordless login for all accounts. By using passwordless login, you never create a password. You login to your account by navigating to the My Account Page on linderhealth.com, insert your email address, and code will be emailed to you so you can login.
Why do you use a passwordless login method?
We use passwordless login to make your account more secure and easier to access by using a code “password” sent to your secure email account. This helps protect your account from hacking and saves you from the hassle of remembering passwords.
Do I need an account to order from linderhealth.com?
No, you do not need an account to order from linderhealth.com, you can check out as a guest. However, it is recommended to create an account if you want to view more details about your order information.
How can I view my order history?
You can view your order history by logging into your Linder Health account. Once logged in, you will see the “orders” icon located on the upper lefthand corner. By clicking here you will be able to view your past orders.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your order. If you have any questions, contact customer service.

Why do Linder Health At-Home products come without external packaging?
To minimize our impact on the environment, we do not use individual products boxes or other external packaging for any of our products.

Do you test on animals?
No, Linder Health products are not tested on animals.
Are Linder Health products hypoallergenic?
Yes, all Linder Health products have undergone HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Test) testing. HRIPT testing is a standard clinical study used to help predict likelihood for induced allergic reactions of topically applied products. No adverse events or reactions were reported.
