Linder Health Return Policy
Products are sold on a guaranteed sale basis in accordance with the following policy:
Linder Health accepts returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After 30 days, returns are eligible for product credit only.

Linder Health will issue authorization for return of any products to Aesthetic Providers and consumers that meet the following criteria:

Damaged – Products received damaged may be returned for replacement when reported within thirty (30) days of receipt. Have the transportation company note "damaged" or "broken" on the freight bill. All returns should remain in the original carton for inspection. Full credit, including shipping, may be issued if requested by the account.

Received in Error – Products shipped in error by Linder Health may be returned, if applicable, for full credit, including shipping, when returned within thirty (30) days of invoicing.

Return for Refund or Credit – Products may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt for any reason. After thirty (30) days, product credit will be issued instead of a refund. Aesthetic Providers will incur all shipping charges.

Restocking Fee for At-Home Care Products – A restocking fee of 25% of the total product value will be applied to returns of at-home care products only.
If Linder Health determines, in its sole discretion, that any Aesthetic Provider is abusing Linder Health's Return Policy, then Linder Health may refuse any or all of the above remedies.

Customer Service will provide a Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA #) for those items approved for credit and, if applicable, a UPS shipping label. All returns should include a copy of the RMA form. No product will be accepted for replacement or credit without an RMA form. Linder Health reserves the right to inspect all authorized returns prior to issuing credit and to destroy products deemed unfit for sale, whether or not they are eligible for credit. Replacement products will not ship, or credit be issued, until the returned product is received and processed.
Products Not Eligible for Return

Products involved in fire, sacrifice, or bankruptcy sale; or items that have been damaged due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer, such as improper storage, heat, cold, water, smoke, fire, and negligence.

Products that have been discontinued.

Products returned by a party other than the purchaser.

Products purchased with the specific understanding that they were non-returnable.

Products that have passed their expiration date.

Products that have been repackaged into other containers/packages.

Products provided to the office as samples or display products.
