Should I test for sensitivity before using the hair cap?
Yes, before use, follow the below sensitivity test:
- Place the device over your inner arm.
- Turn on the device and allow it to run for its full 10-minute treatment.
- At any time if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable stop use immediately.
- Wait at least 24hrs, if the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you and please contact us at hello@linderhealth.com or 844.722.2336.
Where can I find the user guide and manual for the masks?
How should my patients use Trudermal Halo at home?
Ensure hair is clean and completely
dry before each session.
Do not apply any products to the scalp or hair prior to using the device.
Step 1: Fully Charge the battery. Place the device inside the hat with the controller at the back.
Step 2: Place the battery on the back of the hat where the three magnetic dots are. The battery should easily click into place.
Step 3: Press and hold the controller button until the device turns on.
Step 4: The device will automatically shut off after the 10 minute session. Finish with Regen Serum for best results.
Use 10 minutes every other day over a 16-week period for optimal hair growth and then maintain.

What is the 12-Month Warranty?
Under normal use this product is guaranteed for 12 months after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Yes, Trudermal Halo is FDA cleared, and conforms to all international safety standards.
Can patients move around while using Trudermal Halo?
Yes Halo is completely portable and battery powered so you can easily move around while wearing it. You only need to plug it in to recharge the battery.
Does Trudermal Halo have any contradictions?
- DO NOT use to treat any other conditions apart from those listed in the indications for use. This device has not been tested for any other conditions than those listed, and the risk is unknown.
- DO NOT use this device if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding. This device has NOT been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women and therefore the risk to the foetus, neonate or pregnant women is unknown.
- DO NOT use this device if you suffer from Lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or Albinism. If you use this device system to treat Lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or Albinism you may cause a severe skin reaction.
- DO NOT use this device if you suffer from any photosensitive disorder (sensitisation to light). If you use this device and you suffer from a photosensitive disorder you may cause a severe skin reaction.
- DO NOT use the device if you suffer from light-induced headaches or epilepsy.
- DO NOT use the device if you suffer from any genetic conditions of the eye.
- DO NOT use this device if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity. If you use this device and you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity you may cause a severe skin reaction.
NOTE: We recommend if you are a Fitzpatrick 3 and using the blue light modes to be using a pigment inhibitor.
NOTE: Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure about any medication you may be taking consult your healthcare provider.
NOTE: Other substances not listed here can also cause photosensitivity.
