Should I test for sensitivity before using the mask?
Yes, before use, follow the below sensitivity test:
- Place the device over your inner arm.
- Turn on the device and allow it to run for its full 10-minute treatment.
- At any time if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable stop use immediately.

How often should I use Trudermal Glow?
For best results use Trudermal Glow in 10-minute sessions, 3–4x per week between professional treatments for a minimum of 6 weeks.

What is the 12-Month Warranty?
Under normal use this product is guaranteed for 12 months after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Can I move around while using my Trudermal Glow?
Yes, the Trudermal Glow masks are completely portable and battery powered so you can easily move around while wearing it. You only need to plug it in to recharge the battery.
Is Trudermal FDA Cleared?
Yes, Trudermal Glow is FDA cleared, and conforms to all international safety standards.
Are LED light therapy masks safe?
Trudermal Glow is FDA and TGA approved for safety and effectiveness for all skin types. Trudermal Glow confirms to all international testing standards for safety, including eye safety.
Is Trudermal Glow safe to use with Retinol or RetinA?
If you are using prescriptive levels of Retin A such as Tretinoin we DO NOT recommend the use of Trudermal Glow. Retin A should be discontinued for at least 7 days before using Trudermal Glow.
When using skincare products containing retinol, please be guided and read the skincare’s instructions carefully for any warnings and precautions in relation to sensitivities to light.
Can I use Trudermal Glow if pregnant or breastfeeding?
This device has NOT been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women, and therefore the risk to the fetus, neonate or pregnant women is unknown. We would not recommend using Trudermal Glow without medical advice.
